Hey guys, in 6 weeks im competing in an indoor athletics comp in 200metres and the high jump. I used to do both of these events in comp (high school) at a district level but i havent done these for a few years now and am a little rusty in my technique and fitness at the mo. Ive been concentrating on long distance recently and have lost alot of weight, strength and speed. Has neone got any websites that would help or any training/diet advice..cheers,
