hey does anyone kno if doin 35 min on the stair stepper first thing in the morning cause a loss in leg muscle? what cardio can least effect the muscles in the kegs or is all the same???? thanks please help

I highly doubt it...but, I'm curious to why you are worried about muscle loss at the current stage of your training...you should stick w/ a basic high-rep workouts and 30-45min cardio 3 times a week for the best results. Because, for women, overtraining seems to halt fat-loss and, of course, dicourage any further improvements.
