Last night I watched "just Friends" which was hilarious b/c I loff Ryan Reynolds (he is funny as h-e double hockey sticks IMO ...) totally chowed, crashed on little couch, woke up, watched 'Meet Joe Black', fell asleep during that on little couch again ... ate again, then crashed on big couch and woke up there this morning like "Aww man I need to go the gym, but I am not getting off ths couch ..."

I am starving ...

Never saw that movie. That's the one where the fat guy loses weight and trys to impress the girl he liked in high school. Looked pretty funny. Reynolds. That's the guy who used to go out with Alanis Morisette huh. :sick:

Starving here too. Muffins and pastrys in the conference room and I didn't have one. :evil: Grilled chicken and yams coming up in a few. :chomp:

Yes they were engaged I guess, but have since broke up :) or I mean :( I'm sad for them ...

That is the one ... I was L'ingOL & that's kinda hard to do .. THAT hard at a movie no less ... could be one of those "40 yr old Virgin" things ... I'm sure you know what I mean ...

So I finally ate ... a whole chicken and a ginormous sweet tater ... meal ONE & only for the day far ... ugh .. BAD BUNNY and no gym ... again ...

My neck is still sore and head was throbbing ... OMG in the eyes too, and had to use my hand to block the sun as I squinted on the way to the grocery store after work ... and I just looked down & realized I must have sliced my toe open on something ... what the heck? I just kinda cleaned the kitchen and thought I wiped up dried blood, now I know where it came from eh? ... I didn't feel anything, still can't ... how odd ...

I am in cutting hell right now. I am loosing weight and feel like shit all the time - tired, crabby, and weak. I wish I could afford a personal chef to follow my fat arse around all day feeding me and keeping me hydrated. I STRESS about my food and water at all times <takes drink of water>...not to mention the AAS, which is like a constant question asking job for me - Thumpa is a research whore.....which also leads to feeling tired, crabby, and weak.

How the hell are you - sounds like everyone had a blast at Treilins show - she looked awesome. Does this little trip make you want to or not want to compete? Was wondering about that since I saw you were going to attend one instead of steal the show yourself. Let it all out Thumpa ... :) I am good ... tired, sore, stressed, busy, but good :) Thank you for asking :D Treils show was great, she lookied stunning, the people were 'real' and it was a blast, & got to handle my bidness so it was profitable in many ways. ;)

Make the tea with a quarter of the amount of water and let it sit for a few minutes. (Or put it in a container and run it under cold water) Filled the rest of the glass with crushed ice, milk and splenda and you have some nice sleepy time iced tea. :)

I did thank you! I went to the Signature Room (95th floor of the Hancock for those that don't know) for dinner on Sat Night & it was excellent .. got seated in a secluded corner window seat overlooking Navy Pier, so at 10:15 pm or so, you could see the fireworks (usually every Sat. Night in the summer), along with the incredible skyline, lights, city, Lake, that I know, love and all too often neglect ... It was beautiful. The food was excellent.

To start there was Grilled Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella (cherry tomato pesto; aged balsamic vinegar) ...

Bottle Yellow Label Bubbly ... & later a 91 Stags Leap Cab to wash down the Grilled Filet of Beef (Maytag Blue cheese with creamed spinach; red wine reduction), Garlic Whipped Potatoes & Squash/Zucc Blend... ( I said a cheers for M24K's bday & the well wishes I promised HH ... ) :D

Devoured the White and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake (raspberry coulis; crème anglaise), Citrus Cheesecake (fresh strawberries; lime coulis) and
Molten Chocolate Cake (white chocolate gelato; mango chili salsa) before I rolled my tush outta there...

I still see some muscles & a faint outline of a 6'er ... I trained Thursday & Friday & kicked my butt those days, but really enjoyed some good food past few days ... and don't feel like crap :)

Definitely OUT of sesapure... :D :wavey:

I am getting a cold I think .. my neck was tight since I left MI, and now sensitive to the touch (glands) and is very achey .. SO that is no good :rolleyes: but my kidneys do NOT ache & not getting any pains like that (Thank gawd:)) ... SO I dunno ... if I train I'll aggravate whatever it is I do have so that kinda stinks, but I know better nowadays I s'pose... I can still swallow (head OUT of gutter) so this is just a very weird neck/gland isse I have never experienced before ... popped an Advil Cold & Sinus.. I'll see if that does anything...

Well after raiding the kitchen I settled on Decaf Green Tea & handful of Vit C I will be popping like pez :)

The Chamomille with Lemon would be NICE but I'll probably get tired and want to go to bed (as if I am not & do not already :))

Now I think about it, I probably should go take a few bags for home.. I have Nighty Night Teas, V-Root & Calming (sleep) teas.. nothing really Green Tea like ...

My grandma's are rolling over in their graves at the thought of me drinking tea.. who knew??? :lmao:

Then again, I never thought I'd eat oatmeal or Sweet Potatoes either... :) :verygood:

Hey Bun. Hope you don't get a cold. Try to keep it away with some Vit C every few hours. And some garlic capsules if you have any.

Just don't plan on any makeout sessions later on. :)

I've decided I'm not going to be posting a log until I figure out what I am doing & am actually training again :( But for you .. here is it so far...

SO today's entry would consist of

- Meal 1: ~ 4-5 oz Perdue Carved Chicken, Yoplait Yogurt Strawberry & a med. Green apple
- Meal 2: ~ 3-4 oz Perdue Carved Chicken, ~1 Cup Green Beans, Large Handul Walnuts (I think)
- Meal 3: a med. Green apple & more Walnuts...
- about 5 L of water, more throughout the evening
- Usual Supp Load # 2, maybe last one before bed, I forgot my #3 last night b/c I passed out
- Will be adding about 3 more 1000 mg tabs of vitamin C throughout the evening
- Drink some type of tea, maybe blend my calming Tea with the Green Tea since the Green Tea tastes like crud & I hate the mint tinge
- Not sure on Meal 4,5 & 6 ... want to eat coldstone, have a glass of wine, and maybe eat a calzone & some ANPB :) but that mix may make me hurl & my body hate me more than it already does, while also offering comfort & satisfaction .. so I am not too sure, just know I do NOT plan on cooking. I am craving a sweet Potato, which I have plenty of .. and plan to choke myself with a hot wet towel to relieve some tension on this stiff neck I can't seem to kick (thanks for the suggestion Treil) & then use my heating back for neck & body aches.

Macros? :FRlol: I don't even wanna know, nor do I care ... lol .. If i do ANY of the above, they are not customized in my fitday, so I am not counting cals & taking the time to enter them in .. would be interesting to see though... just listening to body & cravings I guess .. see how that goes , emotions are all over the place as you can tell by this very colorful reply :)

I drank some Chamomille tea last night, took 2 valium & ened up watching Wild Things 3 until gawd knows when cuz I couldn't sleep ... & woke up late.. (in my bed, not on the couch). I just let my body sleep until it thought it was time to get up, luckly no one at work said a thing.

Neck is stiff stiff & beyond achy, glands sore to the touch, but throat does not hurt ... I do not understand what is happnening.

Going to Drink some Theraful & hope I snap out of this haze ... I even cried for about 20 minutes this morning & can feel the tears well up right well I typed that ... so I think that about says it all ... *Bunny* has fell into the hole ... I'm going to stay here until I can figure something out. I am trying to clear out all my PMs so you if you need me, try my email, and if you don't get a reply right away from my PM I am not avoiding you, just busy with a few other 100 things... :rose:
