Hey Bunny......How 'ya doin'?

In my absence the last month or so I noticed you are now a Bunny Moderator instead of a Bunny Wabbit. I just wanted to say congratulations on that. I haven't had time to check you log, but I assume training is still your normal Kick Ass style. I hope you have been well and maybe....just maybe in 3 weeks or so I can get on a more normal schedule and actually contribute instead of stopping by like that Uncle that doesn't say hello unless he needs some money.

:evil: "W" bars can be fun... I don't see how you preformed upright rows withthem though :rolleyes: musta been "odd" to say the least at first.

If you wanted a straight bar... you could jump 5lbs and use an OLY bar (regular/standard bench barbell = 45lbs)... just an ideer ;)

Might be really strange with a close grip with a 6 foot bar though balance wise.... ok /rambling.

I know darling... Actually no food even sounds good to me any more... a bed is actually what I dream about!!! I don't have any cravings for anything... (Knock on wood)
I just do better when I'm not around people eating food in my presence and I think that's why I don't get cravings. The thought goes in and out without even registering, becuase there is no point getting all worked up over something that is not going to happen and make me miserable :)

I feel better, not 100% but in the 90's ... infection gone, kids, fine, life is great, smiling ... docs don't know wtf to tell me, ever ... :)

3 FULL days (not 4) & again I'm down 12.8 lbs ... on the scale... AND I ate 1 Cup (measured DRY of Oatmeal last night with an apple :chomp: ... My stomach reacts to oats, not in a painful way, but in a way that if I need to shred up, the oats go ... and I'm dropping more weight )

I feel better, not 100% but in the 90's ... infection gone, kids, fine, life is great, smiling ... docs don't know wtf to tell me, ever ... :)

Had BF test today Unhappy results...wanted lower intial BF%, so now I have to work some more...Not that I was planning on doing less, but just wanted a lower number to start with.
I am still thinking of buying some callipers and asking BF to do it for me every two weeks...What do you think?

Try Valerian, passionflower, or lavendar

I went to see my naturopath like 2 weeks after the show, went I was knocking on hell's door, and she took 1 look at me and was omg dear what's going on, you don't look too well. No friggin kidding I looked like hell and that's a compliment, lol anyway I told her on the things that were wrong and she gave me an herbal mix which was for nerves, and promoting good sleep. 1 of the main herbs in it was Valerian. A few days after taking that stuff was when my sleep started to get better.
 
Valerian and Lavender are really good. Along with Hops, Skullcap and Chamomile. Solary and Natures' Way have some good combo supplements for sleep.
 
Ya the doc gave me xanax and I stopped taking that cause it made training impossible for me. Im about ready to give up and take ambien because I get zero sleep and its taking its toll.
