So yesterday AM doing my cardio I glance up at the news ... see this pretty good looking guy shaving, musta been some type of promo thing ... then they scan over to guy #2 and I'm like WTF I know that guy ... he works out at my gym lol :) Well I SEE him there but never have spoken to him.

So today I see him, and I go up to him, totally feeling like OH GAWD this is going to sound like I'm trying to pick him up LOL! "excuse me ... sorry to bother you but were you on the news yesterday?" "Yeah that was me..." "I knew it! You're a model eh?"
and very shyly he put his head down and said "yes I dabble a bit"...
then I'm like ok lata ... and he says "My name is ... by the way..."

:) I should have asked him in the open weight room in front of everyone, like "are you a model?" ... like if that isn't the best pick up line EVER lol :) He would been so embarrassed :) Humble one, nice guy, NOT cocky! I woulda loved to make somes of the other who think they're hot shit all jealous ... oh well :)

Yesterday was off weights but still have AM shake Pre AM cardio & 2 caps purecee AM/PM ...

Today, didn't forget my 4 caps of purecee + 2 Cardio Breeze + 12 oz Gatorade w/ 2 Scoops ISO AGB.

It was chest day, went up 5 lbs on my weights for flat, incline, decline & DB flyes (my focus is full range of motion and I was able to Up the weights from last week AND get in an extra 2-3 reps on some ... I didn't wanna push it b/c I didn't have a spot & dude there was too busy loading the plates on the leg Press for half reps yelling louder than Louie training for "O" ala Pumping Iron)

PWO Shake + 17 oz Gatorade w/ 2 Scoops ISO AGB.

GREAT workout for me today. TGIF

Don't you hate when you can't find a spot and have to quit!
I had a hard leg work-out today boy! I actually have never done it, but today I went till failure on the leg press pushing 630 full range. The thing actually came crashing down, of course not squishing me because of the safety and my flexibility. My trainer was proud though. The other girl competing was right there and saw it all. Guys were coming up and making comments between that and my calf raises and I could see her face out of the corner of my eye the whole time. I think this is going to be hard on her. Ayeye... In the end I'm still competing and everyone else can just suck it up if they don't push themselves like we do!

Yeah I just get sick of trying to always please others, and this is one thing I'm doing for myself... and I guess if they can't hang they can't hang. I get to hear about everyone's insecurities all the time, rather then just being fortunate that they are alive and doing what makes them happy.

Some older man was smiling at me & eventually I'm like Hi can I help you. I think he even asked me for a cigar or something WTF?! I am VERY friendly & outgoing & can work a room but I wasn't really into being Miss Social Butterfly. He asked me if I'm a swimmer... lol...I told him I lift heavy weights...and i lift them daily...nice to meet ya but I'm with my party ... Drank about 8 bottles of water and one Diet Coke ... it was great to hang out with some old friends & see some famililar faces that haven't SEEN me in a long time.... felt good to get out, but the scene I don't miss that much. I did alot of people watching though, which can be fun :) & unfun :) Oh, and the typical "come on you can drink..." from the alkies... the others respected my choice & were ecstatic I showed up. I did feel 'big' compared to average woman, but I am by far not average...I only have myself to blame for standing out, 6' , fro-ee red curls, and my razor back tank lol (it was HOT in there) & my 'swimmer' figure ...my back & arms must have made a statement. lol

Hey Peeper ... I posted this in "moron's" but thought I'd retell it here :)

Well not sure if I'm a moron but I'm telling you guys anyway b/c I think it's funny ... Today was leg day at the gym.

I don't wear shorts really ever and try to stay somewhat covered (it depends). SO I wear a pair of tight pants with a comfy loose pair over them, Zipper side on the bottom so they're not tapered.

Set up to do a few warm up reps with the bar & squatted to the floor. I had my IPOD on I guess a little to loud b/c the first few warm ups I could feel a seam splitting ... I turned off the IPOD, squated again and could HEAR the seams pop some more ... and so could anyone in my vacinity for that matter. I re-racked the bar & decided the top layer must come off, so I pulled my pants down and stomped 'em off.

When I turned around, lol, I think the guy behind me with his mouth open realized I DID have pants on underneath and kinda shook his head (as in 'to snap out of it') and finished his rows... I did have my personal best leg day today though :D

I try to keep my body & 'toxins', as well as the kids, flushed and gradually worked my way up to where I am now. :)

It has to do with one of our old PM's ... Think really hard and it might make a little more sense ;)

Anyway I love water :) and I never leave home without it. My bottles are 1.5 L so it's ^^ past week or so. ALSO, if Im hungry I pound water ... helps keep the appetite a LITTLE under control & not hungry since I'm cutting, NOT cheating (maybe a steak, no big cheats PERIOD) oh, & not drinking ... :jarswim:

Me? I'm great. I am still high from my AM Leg day ... :) It's great! I MAY have to go out for a friends Bday party, at least to make an appearance ... bunnies, bars, booze and boys are a no-no so this should be really interestng if I decide to go out. Just another thing to prove to myself I can handle... no getting this damn house clean.. that's another story :)

Well not sure if I'm a moron but I'm telling you guys anyway b/c I think it's funny ... Today was leg day at the gym.

I don't wear shorts really ever and try to stay somewhat covered (it depends). SO I wear a pair of tight pants with a comfy loose pair over them, Zipper side on the bottom so they're not tapered.

Set up to do a few warm up reps with the bar & squatted to the floor. I had my IPOD on I guess a little to loud b/c the first few warm ups I could feel a seam splitting ... I turned off the IPOD, squated again and could HEAR the seams pop some more ... and so could anyone in my vacinity for that matter. I re-racked the bar & decided the top layer must come off, so I pulled my pants down and stomped 'em off.

When I turned around, lol, I think the guy behind me with his mouth open realized I DID have pants on underneath and kinda shook his head (as in 'to snap out of it') and finished his rows... I did have my personal best leg day today though :D

That's Hillarious!!!!!

:) Well, one time in particular my old training partner called me out in the weight room because he couldn't tell any difference in my muscles after a carb deplete & subsequent carb up ... the scale mirror & pics I took proved it, so I pulled up my shirt (abs exposed) & dropped trow (I had Under armor shorts on underneath) and flexed alittle, like SEE now ... He said he still didn't see a difference ... :rolleyes: Later when he had the side by side pics, it was obvious. I think he did it to rattle my cage.

The last time I got my BF done this past Feb at the new place, I think I threw the girl off when I (without thinking) pulled down the pants so she can get an accurate mid thigh skinfold ... there was a privacy wall but someone easily could have walked by for a free show ... next time I'll remember to wear shorts.

That's hillarious.. Yeah I always wear a sports bra and believe me at this stage I'm not one willing to throw the shirt off, but my trainer has me take it off in his windowed office and so everyone gets a peep show as they walk by. I just pull the pants up for him to get the thigh.
He's not interedted in seeing me, and I'm not interested in showing anyone anything... Until I diet down :evil:

How long have you been using it?

I can take it before bed & sleep fine, sometimes calms me down & helps me feel less 'stim'd" when I'm taking T-Rex.

I feel very relaxed first week or so, so tired, no ... mellow yes. :)

I get them at the grocery store in the Cracker section......the brand is "Wasa" and they all kinds of types - but I like the wheat/multigrain or whatever they are....

***I had my best chest day YET this morning, (best leg day previous week) ... :heart: ;)

Again, I sipped my pre WO shake throughout the morning... 4 caps of purecee + 2 Cardio Breeze + 10 oz Gatorade w/ 2 Scoops ISO AGB ... diluted it with a little water so it would last longer.

On my flat bench I went up +10 lbs for 5-6 rest No spot No cheat.

Incline +15 from last week ... 1st set I accidentally loaded each side with 30 lbs + the OBB and managed a Full ROM rep lol. Then I realized I had 30 lbs total + the bar (not 60 lbs + the bar) lol

Decline also +10lbs then + 10lbs more to finish ...
I had a friendly little “Drill Sargent” :friends: in my head all morning giving me the extra push I needed so I just WENT with it … & had a fuggin fantastic & very GRATIFYING workout … I have never enjoyed a chest w/o like I did today. Cals & meals were not where they should’ve been last 2 days (lack of variety in diet yesterday due to lack of Bunny going to da stow :D… previous days NOT enough cals…)

What ever is going on, I'm enjoying it b/c I'm cutting, not eating nearly as much as I was, and my lifts & strength have been ^^ ... I wonder when this will taper.***

Great attitude! I wish I felt like that today... I actually feel moosish (new word) today. Going to get that H2O pill filled tonight. I have two interviews this week. Tomorrow, and friday. I'm really not sure what I want to do yet.... I bought the paint to paint my massage room yesterday, and I have brochures getting made. I want to work out of the house, but would like some interaction with some more experienced therapists. Again I think I should just set up shop on the beach somewhere and then I don't have to pay rent or deal with any boss, and I get to be outside enjoying the water and sunshine!!

Well, you often help put things in perspective. I've had a coupld VERY hard weeks, I mean hard. If this is the rebound effect I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts. Feels great to feel GREAT.

Good luck with the interviews :) I'd send you a bunch of clients if I llived a little closer :)
