Then he gives me a new motor in my Micro, but doesn't have the turntable piece to allow for the plate to spin... has to mail me the part.

SO now I'm going to clean something ...

Rack to do some exercises… They were still there so I said phuck it, grabbed the 50’s & did some shrugs … it felt good since I’m having Moose feelings … Treil I know you get what I’m saying … ;)

That's why different equipment is made... Everyone has an opinion and it gives everyone a variety of things to do. I have a enough danger lifting heavier weights... I don't need to be on one of those things and twist an ankle and screw myself :rolleyes: For stability I would rather just stand on the ground like a Flamingo :)

hahahahahah that is GREAT, Completely the reason I have avoided it thus far ... I am afraid of rolling my ankle on that thing as well, previous injury from childhood, which is the cause for one of my imbalances :D lol

Thats a LOT of supps. I worry about taking CB...although Im thinking about getting some other stuff(YES and Trex)....

The only problem I have with all that is 1st of all IM a GIANT chicken when it comes to popping pills...i worry about long term effects....Im so freakin paranoid. Is all that stuff safe? What happens years down the road?? Im just wondering... :chomp:

I am taking what I have to not let the bottles go to waste and also seeing what they can do for me used in conjuction with one another. Another test for the Bunny. For health related purposes, I get a variety of monthly blood work, see more than one doc on a regular basis and everything I have taken or am taking is disclosed. :D

Some people just aren't pill people. I've had much more deadly things in my body than these supps. I have the utmost confidence in Anafit, their clinical research, my docs & myself. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Ask questions, read & ask read & ask. Have the supps analyzed by your doc, or simply don't take what you don't trust :)

There is a reason I am so knowledgeable about all these products, b/c I've taken the time to research what I'm putting in my body. Not just popping pills although I want to use up the bottles I do have. :D

One reason I support & appreciate anafit & their products: They do not make anything that hasn't been used for thousand years in China in one form or another... supplements are all naturally occuring. Supplements have been at the root of their medicine for 5000 years, just like Native Americans, using natural remedies, meaning things naturally occuring in the environment, it isn't made up with chemicals.

I suppose you could make a case that too many potatoes would be bad for you , or too much zinc, or the big one 'ephedra' ... anything else for that matter ... anything is excess can be 'bad for you' ... so, choose your 'poison' and choose it wisely ... and that's the rule with anything.

My best advice is do your research, ask about the possible long & short terms sides. Knowledge is power :D

I feel more relaxed when you put it that way. Ive been reading MY Booty Off!!!LOL....Im pretty darn close to getting the YES and Trex ....YES b.c my butt is HUGEEEE lol and Trex b.c the Cardio Breeze wears off and like you said should be cycled. :)

My boyfriend used to give me so much crap about talking smack about supplements and people using them. He then (once I started lifting, reading, learning, etc) explained the DIFFERENCE between being SMART and using what you need to your advantage along with good hard training and proper diet VS> The people who "like you said take 5x as much" ABUSE the hell out of anything b/c they want to make up for the lack of exercise and a crappy diet.....

After a while, I think I can say that "I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW THE RAIN IS GONE"...lol...

*Im so FREAKIN alive on this wonderful-wonderful 75deg. weather day while upping the carbs!!! HAHA :p

Aries, didn't you post a while back about running Var & Clen? Please excuse me if I am thinking of the wrong person, but I could have sworn it was you ... I am HAPPY to explain my stance on supps, but based on your questions above, I would be alot more concerned with putting THOSE in my body than supplements ... Am I thinking of the wrong person? :worried:

WHen I first decided to start weight lifting(6mos. ago) my boyfriend made a username for me (this one) and he was the one who posted all those question about var and whatever other crap. I didnt know ANYTHING about this lifestyle so he being the one who worked out for years and used AAS for quite some time thought that I should take all those things ... and asked on here about it. Everyone(ofcourse) said that diet/training are key and I AGREED...Ive learned a lot from everyone on here and THANK GOD that No one on here recommended that I take those drugs b.c who knows where I would be RIGHT NOW...What can I say, guys just look at these things in a different way.Shortly after I joined EF I told my self that IT WAS MY BODY and that he may not know what is best FOR ME. I took the responsibility and I decided to RESEARCH on my own, ask my OWN questions, and try to do this thing the right way. I understand that previous posts make me look like a hypocrite and a piece of shhh. but I didnt ask those things so all I can say is that once i got my self on here, started reading, and made some decisions as far as training and diet, everything fell back into place.

Thanks hun. I'll read the thread on it(I think I saw one somewhere)....we'll see what happens. I keep having those days of where I want to get supps. but then I have days of thinking that I havent been working out long enough and that I should try for a while longer w. just diet and training. We'll see what happens.

Girl you are not a hypocrite or POS ... lol, I just thought I remember you saying you're going to let all your diet & training do the work for you (instead of the AAS) and that was one of things I remember about you when you first started posting :D I loved it! It's things like this that help those reading about possibly trying AAS and opt for the natty route after realizing it's not all it's cracked up to be.

Well the rear & back of the thighs are already tightening up. SO I AM PLEASED :) Clean diet & I will be where I need to be in no time. I'm excited.

Oh & ladies, I think I am going to be very strict on my cheats again ... maybe blue cheese steak & ONE glass of wine IF I even decide to go there.

You see more than one glass of wine or just * Red wine then :velvett: ... pleaaaaaaaaaaase ...

Anyway,I havea question for you bunny and hope that you don't mind me doing this on your log,when you start a new meal plan..how long do you generally give it to see results?I know everyone is different and depends on training but just a guesstamite?I have been on mine for 3 wks,tried to be a wise a$$ and change my tuna and I could see an immediate halt to any weight loss,could that be from the sudden change?? :worried:

I wouldn't recommend heavy weights and standing on the Bosu Ball either. But I think it works well for non-weighted and plyometric type activity like squats, lunges, planks/push-ups and ab work. It's just another way to mix up a workout and get different muscles into the mix. Doing v-sit ups on the Bosu was a lot tougher than I expected! And no, I don't work for the Bosu Ball company ;)

I would suggest this. Start a thread, a log or question thread, either works, and lets have a looksy at this DIET. It could be other combos of meals/times/portions or even your macros (carbs/protein/fat) may need adjusting. What do you do for training? Specifically ... Have you been cheating? Large than normal cheats that may be hindering your progress?

Just title it Critique/Suggestions please and the ladies will help offer some suggestions to get out of this rut :)

After a week of eating clean I can feel the weight (ala WATER) come off, HOWEVER 2-4 weeks is the range I look for and if nothing is happening or I'm stalling out, I'll change things around, adjust/tweak something.

Hey girly....I just got back from class. Today we made CAKE!!! LOL....we used 3 variations ..the control was the REGULAR cake with the oil, the 3 variations substituted raspberry yogurt(low fat), apple sauce, and prune puree for the fat. I ofcourse couldnt try any but the rest of the class said that the apple sauce and yogurt were AMAZING and better than the real thing. (The cake mix was betty cr. french vanilla yellow cake). Anyway, my teacher mentioned that this fat substitution applies to brownies and cookies and muffins as well. So maybe you CAN have the cake for cheat meal ;)

----also, diet coke can be substituted with brownies/chocolate cake only !!!

I really need to keep my cals at or above 1800 to maintain as much of this muscle as I can ... that's my story and I'm sticking to it ... but that could change daily with me :D

BUT what will not change is NO horrendous cheats and I decided last night I'm not going to drink any alcohol for the next 30 days, well 30 days starting this past monday, to prove to myself it is yet another thing I can do.

Yeah so far I have had only had one shot, 1 bloody mary, and 1 choclotini this year.
The Bloody Mary I wanted, the shot someone put in my mouth (Don't ask), and the choclotini this girl was being sweet and bought me one and she didn't realize I wasn't drinking and they were $7 a piece so I drank it. My issues were more the sweets but that seems to have totally subsided now ever since I yanked the BC pill, and been on DMAE.

I am really trying to avoid taking a sedative or get a RXN to take for this. I think it was more like 6 but still, Mr. B can take one and be tired ... :whatever: :D

It's not a nightly thing .. just last night I wanted to try it.

Interesting about the DMAE ... is it basically for alertness, clarity of thinking, memory booster type issues?

The neurogenex has 35 mg per cap, along with other goodies

I've been doing something similiar - but one less meal and a bit larger per meal. I'm enjoying it so far - I've been waking up hungry and that's a good thing for me.

Now if I could just get my body temp back up...

Well YOU know this is the first time I've bulked then cut, so the past few weeks I've had a major issues with losing some muscle, but hey, if it's gonna go, then it's gonna go. I just want to try to savor it, but I miss being lean. SO it begins :)

I WANT to stay at 1800 cals period, but we'll see how that goes, I'm tweaking ...

I love that we're on the same page ... batter up :bigkiss:

Bunns, I notice you eat sweet 'taters a lot. Do you have the nutritional value for a raw sweet potato by oz? I can only find the breakdown by length (what about width?!), by cup (I don't dice mine up) or cooked (well, if I cook it longer, it weighs less obviously).

I bought the plastic-wrap sealed single serving kind that you mentioned in your log and they seem to weigh a standard 8 oz raw although they come in various shapes. Thanks much! :rose:

I love these things, Cook so much better in the wrap. I try to cut them in half and split the servings ... although it is hard :chomp:

In my findings, 1 sweet potato raw (~ 8 1/2 inch long) has 130 cals and 31g of carbs....I like those values better. I'm taking a ruler to the grocery store next time :lmao:

You're so silly. But something I would do if I didn't prefer to weigh it :D

That type of a difference in macros wouldn't really impact my diet ratios & cal ratio anyway. As long as the choice is a healthy & EXCELLENT carb source (one of the best) ... I wouldn't worry too much about that hindering your progress.

I'm sure you already know this. :D

Yes, last night was my 'cheat' so i will increase water intake for that, day after a little higher as well. I woke up 3 lbs lighter though :D

General intake for me is around 8 L

I slept like a ROCK (for me lol) last night, thank you for asking! I think 9 hours at least :D

So today at the gym, Goldberg ... the PT manager who has definite TILF Status, asked me to spot him on Flat Bench ... funny thing was the only reason he really needed it was b/c the big fella (weighty Not muscle) that previously asked HIM for a spot on the Military Press ended up putting too much weight on there & Goldie had to basically help with every reps, lifting the majority of the weight himself.

I LOVED it ... because very few people "know what theyre doing" ... hee hee I know what I'm doing...
