you are talking about two different things....







you can add flax to the shake ONLY if its the last meal before bed...obvioulsy this isnt the case.

Basically I cannot stand any protein shakes until ISO AGB b/c its basically tasteless. I add the fruit so it wouldnt taste like chalk and I could get it down with out getting sick. With the ISOPURE, the Alpine Punch was pretty potent to me, so I plan to try tomorrow A.M. without the fruit and I'll let you know.

How was the shake w/o the fruit? I have the apple melon and boy it's pretty raunchy to me. I mix it with Crystal Light Lemonade and it tastes a lot better. Although when you shake yours... does it get all foamy? I have to drink like 2 inches of foam.

I have to blend everything with lots of ice so it's ICE cold and thick... I left fruit out this morning and it was still tangy - I'll prolly get use to it after a week but it is kinda foamy still, bleh

The bottle says up to 4 Three times a day. 4 and 4 is what I use and recommend. The max dose was not recommended with the idea that Thermorexin would be used simultaneously. Many people find that with Thermorexin at max and Levorex at man it becomes too strong a dose of EGCG per day. But you can feel that in your tummy or by getting too racey.

Treil - SOMEtimes I only take 1 T-rex AND 3 Lev (OR MIX IT UP), depending on how I feel etc., I listen to my body and do what feels right.

Also, I have the benefit of Shadow watching my daily intake, if he sees something he disagrees with I would nix it

O.k. I was just wondering... So neither of these two products should mess with your heart to much right? Since they are ephedra free? The only reason I ask is because my heart has been feeling funny today...

Trex is a stim based fat burner.......if you are just now noticing an effect - I doubt its the rex....

Well I noticed it last week.. I should log when it does it. The best way I can describe it is you know when you have a joint inflammed and it's kinda tender but itchy, warm, and if you could crack it... it would feel better? I had this feeling when I used to take Hydroxy cut awhile back. The week after I quit taking it everything went back to normal. I just was wondering if I should be concerned about it or not...

thats not a stim side effect.....at least none that I have ever read about.


thats seems more of a joint weight angle

wait do you feel you get this from the LEV? I get tingly, warm from the T-Rex, my palms are sweating right now

**I must add, my body has been through a lot more than most, so it generally reacts very different from other peoples sides and NOT to use me as a comparision

Well the other thing I was thinking about... Is since I have the scoliosis in my upper spine that maybe it is a bit inflammed from working it out harder and I can feel it throughout the upper Thoracic region. My back has been cracking an awful lot.

No I don't feel my heart beat any faster, nor do I sweat from taking either of them. I have taken ephedra products in the past and I know what you are talking about. I haven't had any of those sides with this combo.

To late... I already did the work-out and boy my quads are yelling at me, and my butt! Funny I noticed he changed his routine up today. He was doing lunges when I looked over. To bad I already did lunges and there was NO way I could do any more.

Yeah I had to side-step my way up the stairs to my floor this morning at work. My friend looked at me and said,"Your legs are always sore... do you think that is good?" I said,"Uhhhh yeah... if they weren't that would mean I wasn't getting a good work-out." She was just like whatever.

MEASUREMENTS - Next week I will do a side by side with last 4 week results. I tried to be as accurate as possible without someone there to compare readings. "LONDON (Reuters) - A British woman was sentenced to two and a half years in jail Thursday for ripping off her ex-lover's testicle with her bare hands during a drunken brawl after he refused her sex.

She grabbed him by the genitals, tearing off his left testicle, then hid it in her mouth before a friend of Jones handed it back to him saying "that's yours."
