Basically I cannot stand any protein shakes until ISO AGB b/c its basically tasteless. I add the fruit so it wouldnt taste like chalk and I could get it down with out getting sick. How was the shake w/o the fruit? I have the apple melon and boy it's pretty raunchy to me. I mix it with Crystal Light Lemonade and it tastes a lot better. Well I noticed it last week.. I should log when it does it. The best way I can describe it is you know when you have a joint inflammed and it's kinda tender but itchy, warm, and if you could crack it... it would feel better? I had this feeling when I used to take Hydroxy cut awhile back. The week after I quit taking it everything went back to normal. Well the other thing I was thinking about... Is since I have the scoliosis in my upper spine that maybe it is a bit inflammed from working it out harder and I can feel it throughout the upper Thoracic region.
