Bulking for the 3 Body Types

The Canadian Oak said:
bump,id liek to see others opinions,i think it would be good for a beginner but not advanced ,the diet still looks good for hard gainers but i dont think that someone in the middle needs such high cals to grow,im eating under 4000 cals and im up about 18lbs of lbm in 2 months

That diet is for advanced. Beginners would get fat,....

But for advanced guys 8000 calories for bulking up is just right...

(Unless you are Mr O competitor, and then you would need atleast 10,000 calories per day)

I'm sorry but I think it's absurb-- in the article he's talking about a guy who is 160 pounds; I don't care what kind of hardgainer he is or if he's advanced or a beginner, that too many calories. There are other factors in calorie intake which is not mentioned such as activity level during the rest of the day. One would become a fatass.

I don't get it either. I've gone from 155 to 205 fairly quickly without ever going over 4000 kcal.

But whatever.

lol. I just got good karma for my reply up above, and look at the comment:

"well you fuckin pieces of shit keep your goddamn pussy fuckin comments to your self , i guess you didn;t get to fuck your mom enough growing up cocksucker or you didn't get to suck daddies fat cock enough you fuckin looser"

I think somebody forgot to click the "disapprove" button. hahaha.

retard.

Sorry about that Bel. :)

the only disagreement I have with that article is that the amount of adipose tissue is predetermined by genetics.....it's how many molecules of fat that the adipose tissure contains that is determined by diet and excercise. Other than that I think it's a good article to follow for the more advanced.

HAHAHA, that rules!

Dude, no one can eat 8000 cals a day, exp ectomorphs....greag kovacs, the biggest bodybuilder when off season at 450 lbs(!) eats around 10000 cals...and you think a 160 lb ecto should aim for 200 cals less than a dude nearly 3 times his weight???

I am just over 160 and am eating just over 3000 cals a day..yeah i should eat a little more, bt find it hard to get down more than 3500 cals a day!!!

That is not half what you think i should be eating??
RIGHT O!!!

Sorry bro, i just cant see anyone eating that much good quality foods every day!!!!
Exp ectos-they have smaller appetites...prob why still ectos!

Dude, there is no way!

It is from there but I don't think ripped is the proper word, I made sure the authors name is there, If I write an article I make damn sure my name is on it, It someone else writes it I give them credit, If I do not know who wrote an article I say so as well, there is nothing wrong with cut and past as long as credit is given, I Agree with about 80% of this article, I chose to paste it the way it was to see what you guys think of it, This way we all benifit from discussing it. - superfrk
