Bulking for Fat Boys

good post man. I know all to well about gaining fat easily x-/ but I had never thought about the fat and carb thing. Very good info. BTW, when cutting should i assume that you wanna do the same thing, keeping the carbs and fats separate? Also, could somebody name some foods high in EFA's? Just curious. Thanks a lot  for a fellow VA endo x-)

Basically the only thing you would change when cutting is to reduce the amount of carbs you are intaking, don't fiddle with your protein at all. Foods that contain EFA's, olives, most nuts, all natural peanut butter, salmon, flax seed oil, etc....

2. Don’t mix carbs with fats… Those of us whom tend to get fat easy are carb sensitive and don’t respond well to insulin spikes especially with fats involved. What happens when you eat carbs with fats? The answer is your body produces an insulin spike and tends to pull the fats more readily into the fat cells than usual. Keep your meals that are high in carbs as low as possible in the fats and this should help stave off fat storage to an extent.
