bulking diet help

I think I need help with my bulking diet!!!

I train hard every other day, alternative body parts.

8am - protein shake about 40g

9:30am - oats for breakfast

11:30am to 12pm - shake 40g

12:30pm piece of fruit

1pm - wholewheat pasta, tin of tuna or chicken, with tin of soup or beans

3:30pm - shake 40g

4:30pm - banana

6:30 to 7pm - main dinner (non training day) 2 chicken breasts , wholewheat pasta and a sauce, or a steak and veg, or salmon and veg.

10:30pm either a shake with flax seed oil or a tin if tuna fish

on training days I add oats 30mins before I train, followed after training by a protein shake 40g with malto in it, just before my main dinner.

Any advice would be good, I also have a carb up day of Wednesdays, same as usual but I add a large pizza for dinner.
