im about to start my cycle tomorow
will contain for 10 weeks
500mg test cyp weekly
500mg tren eth weekly
200mg deca weekly
25mcg t3 daily
30mg dbol on bicep and tricep day
caber and letro will be run throughout
posting up my workout and would like people opinions
split
day 1: chest
day2: lats, traps,
day 3: biceps, forearms
day: rest
day 4:shoulders, triceps
day 5: legs
day 6: inner back, calves,
day 7: biceps, forearms
day 8: rest
my goal of this cycle: is to bring out my arms since their lacking, there at 17.5inches but lean, and defionetaly need another inch added to bring them into good proportion with my body, forearms are also high priority
chest, back, calves, legs only going to be making stronger, their definetaly big enough until i bring my arms out
all other bodyparts size and strength are equaly important

3 sets flat bench, 6, 6, 8
3 set decline bench
3 set weighted dips
2 sets incline bench
Lats, traps
2 set weighted pull ups to chest
2 sets weighted chinups
2 sets weighted behind the neck pull ups
5 sets barbell shrugs
biceps, forearms
4 sets seated incline curls
3 sets straight barbell curl
4 sets behind the back wrist barbell curls
shoulders, triceps
3 sets barbell shoulder press
1 set machine shoulder press
3 sets machine lateral raises
3 sets one arm overhead dumbell tricep extensions
3 sets weighted dips leaning back
3 sets skull crushers with straight bar
legs
5 sets squats
4 sets stiff leg deadlifts
2 sets one legged seated leg press
2 sets seated leg curls
inner back, calves
3 sets one arm dumbell row
3 sets cable row with lat pull down bar (wide grip)
2 sets seated cable row
1 set t bar rows
3 sets reverse fly (rear deltoid machine)
4 sets calves, doesnt matter coz calves are big enough
biceps, forearms
2 sets seated incline dumbell curl
3 sets hammer curls
2 set reverse grip barbell curls
2 sets behind the back barbell wrist curls
