Week 26 Update
Happy Sunday EF Fam,
Had to go unexpectedly interstate for work early this week and don’t get back till late this week. That combined with family obligations, I only managed to get in one lower body session on Monday and a few fasted cardio sessions this weekend.
I did however manage to get in and put together my new leg press/hack squat machine and give it a little spin, before I had to shoot back out the door again.
I have been getting a few compliments on my quads this week also.
Weight has dropped a touch, which I suspect is to do with the long days and hot days I’ve had to do this week.
