Bulking Cycle For First Cycle

Morning: 4 cups milk
2 scoops ON serious mass

OR
3 eggs
2 pieces toast
3 cups milk
fruit

Calories: 1,810 (!) or 860

Pre W/O: Gatorade (just to have carbs in me because im still full from the morning shake haha)

Calories: 125

Post W/O: 3 Scoops Big Blast Super Plasma Protein Mix
2.5 tbsp flaxseed
2 cups milk
Banana
Gatorade

Calories: 950

Brunch: chicken strips
vegetable plate
1/2 bag peanuts OR Almonds
V8 drink (i like this drink because its 100% juice with fruits and veggies)

Calories: 900

Afternoon: 2 pieces whole wheat bread
Protein bar
2 servings carrots
other 1/2 bag of peanuts


Calories: 1015

Dinner: Broccoli
Beef Tri-tip Pot roast or Fish and Chicken
Mashed Potatoes or Brown rice
2 cups milk

Calories: 1,070

Late Night: 4 pieces whole grain white bread
Broccoli (10 stems)
2 cups milk
V8 100% juice drink OR piece of fruit

Calories: 860

And ill take some fish oil, DX7 or Animal Pak (ive always like animal pak nelson but ill look at the DX7 idk anything about it), and my other supps like UNLEASHED, VIGOR, and laetrile (vitamin b-17, my moms husband that died before i was born was a doctor that gave people laetrile instead of kemo and he got thrown in jail numerous times by the government and he got fined millions because the government wants kemo to stay---kinda sad )

Maybe because we had some run in's on the other forum i feel alittle hostile, But i swear if your not asking a wacky question your making things harder than they are......i hope you don't work because it looks like youve got 24hrs worth of cooking there !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( HA<HA )

I don't see 24 hours worth of cooking in his diet. how long does it take to cook some eggs, chicken strips or beef tips? Maybe 30 min for all that total...

Just to sum up what im talking about- TRIZO" it seems to me like i can get all the nutrition in that Huge menu w/ half as much prep/and size of those meals... is there a ton of cooking there? mabe not, but after doing this for years i try and find the Best/econimical/ easiest way to go about what i am trying to acomplish !
Alexl- maybe i do need to relax a bit..Sorry..the thing is i feel like Bro's come on here, make 100 threads or post in 1 wk, and they could of answered most of there own questions if they read for a week instead of posting thread Questions ! i have been active on these boards for years and i did have to start some were, (and when i did that i caught hell), so i guess im just on the other side now............. Sum this all up to i may be a lil uptight, and also kinda frustrated w/ the kids that have been on here over the last month
( not that you or HEHATE is are kids ) posting and asking rediculois shit ! i take this stuff serios and I have to go threw all the retarded threads to try and find a decent one that i can learn from or answer a guinuine question to .
W/ all that and the cycle i might be having a high strung day !
 
dude chris seriously thats not bad at all thats a better diet than 95% of the american people so chill out. i didnt say it was perfect, i jus wanted to post a bulking diet. Its pretty healthy too, and the reason that theres no cooking is 1) i go to school 2) i dont know how to cook anything besides eggs and heat some shit up on the fry pan :)

dam 4 pieces of bread in the last meal? guess u bulkin so u dont care .. still to much for me .. add sum protein in late nite meal ..i put protein in every meal ..either protein/carbs or protein/fat ..maybe even a mix of the 3 :artist: if seriously bulkin but protein is always the base
