I start off with diet, wait till a platue, add in the cardio, wait till a platue, add in clen, it's just another stepping stone to lean down with, actual benefit? Dunno, I take a low dose, helps with the energy level though when you start cutting your carbs down a lot, that is my main benefit from it ECA works, I just alternate, body doesn't get used to one, so it keeps me going the whole time
