Every morning I wake up, and I try to eat breakfast. But I'm never hungry. I am, however, hungry at about 9:00, which is too late, because I'm in my classes. And then, I have to hold off on lunch until 12:08(lunch).
Does anyone know a way where I can get used to eating breakfast? I get up at 6:00, and leave for school at 7. Do you think if I tried getting up at 4:30 or so, I'd be able to eat better? Or should I just push myself harder to eat?
The thing is though, I can't usually get to sleep until at least 12:00, so getting up that early might be less beneficial than not.
Any suggestions?
