A.M. cardio - HIIT
Elliptical:
30 seconds full intensity followed by 60 seconds active rest
6 cycles

Meal 1: myoplex light w/water, creatine, vitamins

Meal 2: 1 oz. walnuts

Meal 3: 3 cups baby spinach, 2 sliced strawberries, 2 sliced mushrooms, 3 oz. turkey, 2 tb. Newmans light raspberry walnut vinegarette dressing, 8 wheat thins



ARMS

BI’s:
Incline Curls: 2s/10r
preacher curls: 2s/10r
cable curls: 2s/10r

TRI’s:
pushdowns: 2s/10r
kickbacks (DB): 2s/10r
seated Dip machine: 2s/10r


Meal 4: Syntrax protein w/water

Meal 5: will be my cheat meal of a couple slices pizza

Every muscle in my entire body aches! I am physically exhausted. All in all its been a very productive week. Just trying to keep the negative feelings at bay and keep looking towards the future!

Newmans light raspberry walnut vinegarette dressing..
how is that?!?!?!

Do this if you'd like, get the Kashi crackers, you get about 2-3 x more per serving than 7 or 8 wheatables, wheat thins... :) They are better for you and you get more of them... if you want to change it up a bit down the road... if now, ignore me ;)
 
Bostongirl I love your post and am in the same boat over the last 2 year I put on a lot of weight and have recently begun to try to take it off . I am trying to eat better and breakfast absolutely makes me gag. No quick fixes this time around. I was put on this diet by a guy who runs a bodyfit diet at the gym. He did my BF and measurements. He gave me some good recipes which I will post. He also tells me only do between 20- 30 minutes of cardio a day with my heartrate at 137 or up for the whole time- no warm up or cool down. Feel free to pm me. Good luck and keep up the good work.

The dressing is sooooo good. I didnt think I would like it, thought it would be too sweet but its not. Nice flavor and w/ the berries on the salad its delicious! Give it a try :rainbow: I do what you recommended and mix 2tb of dressing w/alittle water........Yum

I will give those crackers a try. Do they come in different flavors or are they just whole grain?
 
Last nights cheat meal of 2 slices of pizza was good but felt quilty eating it. Im sure the guilt will pass as the weeks go on :rainbow:

AM: 45 mins walk outside......its sooooo damn nice out! Lovin it :heart:

Glad you liked my posts. I tend to ramble but it's my log so I guess its ok...lol
Good luck on your program. Whats your diet like (that the guy set up for you)? Looking forward to recipes....those never get old. Feel free to write anytime. I check in atleast once per day. Reading this board is helping to keep me in line.
 
7am: 2 lipo 6 w/water

A.M. cardio - HIIT
30 seconds full intensity followed by 60 seconds active rest (treadmill)
6 cycles after a 20 minute warm-up

Weights:
LEGS:
Leg extensions - 4 sets of 8-10
curls - 4 sets of 8-10
Stiff dead lifts - 3 sets of 9-10
walking lunges - 3 sets of 10 steps PER leg (can you say OUCH!!)



Meal 1: myoplex light w/water, creatine, vitamins

Meal 2: 1 oz. walnuts

Meal 3: 3 cups baby spinach, 2 sliced strawberries, 2 sliced mushrooms, 3 oz. turkey, 2 tb. Newmans light raspberry walnut vinegarette dressing, 8 wheat thins

Meal 4: Syntrax protein w/water (orange cream....ok, not my fav)

Meal 5: 5 oz. chicken w/hotsauce, sm. Yam, 2 cups asparagus w/garlic

Feeling great today. Much more confident in my workouts.
Gonna go for a leisurly walk now. Its just too nice outside!
