7am: 2 lipo w/water

Treadmill: 45 mins at 8-10%incline

BACK:
Wide Pull-down to the front (4 Sets) (10/R)
Seated Rows (3 Sets) (10/R)
Reverse PEC DEC (3 Sets) (10/R)
Hypers (4 Sets) (10/R)

ABS:
SUPERSET:
Bicycle Lying Leg Scissors
***5 Sets for 30 Sec


Meal 1: myoplex light w/water, creatine, vitamins

Meal 2: 1 oz. walnuts

Meal 3: 3 cups baby spinach, 2 sliced strawberries, 2 sliced mushrooms, 3 oz. turkey, 2 tb. Newmans light raspberry walnut vinegarette dressing, 8 wheat thins

Meal 4: Syntrax protein w/water (choc.)

At 6pm will be:
Meal 5: 5 oz. lean beef, sm. Yam, 1 cup roasted artichoke hearts w/garlic

So busy at work yesterday, didnt have time to post! This post has yesterday's and today's meal plan/workout :rainbow:


WED:
7am: 2 lipo w/water
A.M. Cardio: 30 minutes on treadmill (4.4 mph on a 15 degree incline)

Weights
CHEST:
Incline db press: 3s/10r
Incline flyes: 3s/10r
cable cross-overs: 3s/10r

superset abs: bicycle & scissors 6sets/30sec intervals

Meal 1: myoplex light w/water, creatine, vitamins

Meal 2: 1 oz. walnuts

Meal 3: 3 cups baby spinach, 2 sliced strawberries, 2 sliced mushrooms, 3 oz. turkey, 2 tb. Newmans light raspberry walnut vinegarette dressing, 8 wheat thins

Meal 4: Syntrax protein w/water

Meal 5: 5 oz. chicken w/hotsauce, sm. Yam, 2 cups roasted asparagus

THURSDAY:
7am: 2 lipo w/water

SHOULDERS:
Lateral raises and DB press: 3s/10r
Front Laterals and Upright rows: 2s/10r
Shrugs and rev pec dec: 3s/10r

ABS:
Supersets:
bicycles and lying leg scissors: 3cycles of 1minute

Meal 1: myoplex light w/water, creatine, vitamins

Meal 2: 1 oz. walnuts

Everything is going really well! Im :heart: LOVING :heart: my workouts. The diet gets boring. I like the food choices but I am looking forward to a huge steak & frozen yogurt for saturdays cheat meal! YUMMY....

Hey Bunny :heart: Im going to look for those crackers this weekend when I hit the grocery store! They sound good. It was NOT easy sticking with two pieces of pizza but at this stage of the game....had I eaten more, It would've set me off to a full swing binge! Thanks for checking in, hope you are doing well :rainbow:

Im working my tail off and hope to see some changes in the mirror soon! I feel tons better so Im very pleased with this program :rainbow:
