WED:

A.M. Cardio: 30 minutes on treadmill (4.4 mph on a 15 degree incline)
Weights
CHEST:
Incline db press: 3s/10r
Incline flyes: 3s/10r
cable cross-overs: 3s/10r
superset abs: bicycle & scissors 6sets/30sec intervals
Meal 1: myoplex light w/water, creatine, vitamins
Meal 2: 1 oz. walnuts
Meal 3: 3 cups baby spinach, 2 sliced strawberries, 2 sliced mushrooms, 3 oz. turkey, 2 tb. Newmans light raspberry walnut vinegarette dressing, 8 wheat thins
Meal 4: Syntrax protein w/water
Meal 5: 5 oz. chicken w/hotsauce, sm. Yam, 2 cups roasted asparagus
THURSDAY:

my workouts. The diet gets boring. I like the food choices but I am looking forward to a huge steak & frozen yogurt for saturdays cheat meal! YUMMY....
