just wondering, what will u be doing (diet/training wise) to maintain where you're at? i hear that it's much easier to maintain once you get where you want to be... but i haven't gotten to that point yet.
Hopefully, Nothing I will keep everything the same diet/training, not that the training changed any from me going from 123-150 to 150-127, identical workout, except for the normal changeup every once in a while. I am hoping I will start to stabalize here, and then as I get closer to competition, slowly insert cardio/clenbuteral/tighter diet etc
