Has anyone done this? How does it work? I understand that your last meal is at 7pm and your first meal is at 7am. What goes between? How many meals? What are the macro ratios? How many days do you workout? How long is cardio?
 
I have done it in the past. It is basically a moderate carb, high protein, low fat diet with workouts of 3-4x per week and 2-3x of cardio per week. It has different phases of the workouts (beginning phase, middle, etc). Cardio starts at 20 minutes, but increases to 30-45 minutes later. Meals are eating 5-6 meals a day.
 
it's good in terms of it teaches you basics but i thnk it's too low in good fats and possibly too high in carbs
oh and you dont need to do all the mrp bullshit to make it work, infact i bet not having all those mrps and having a can of tuna instead would be far more beneficial ;)
 
Works wonders. I cut down to 8% bf on it. Leanest I have ever been in my life. This is when I first started working out. It is a great beginner program and like BFA says it teaches you the basics.

He is right that it doesn't have enough fats in it, but it works regardless.
 
do the body for life diet but instead of having one meal with carbs and protiens, just have a protein shake with a tbsp of flax or fish oils

Remember, the MRP that he recommends are EAS *wink*

Nice way to make a few extra bucks in there :)
 
Thanks for the replies everyone. What are the total calories i should be consuming then? I weight about 188lbs with 20%bf, 5'10. Do they give a formula for total calories?
 
there's no formula, they dont place an emhasis on calorie counting
i estimated that when i was doing BBL i was getting about 1800 calories (i have small hands :P )
