The shirt helps off the chest and allows you to take advantage of your lockout. So where you are weaker at the bottom (like the floor press)...the shirt helps. And then you lock out the weight. That is why I have been tryin to get you in a shirt and let you practice with one.
IM....I am definitely not ruling out a double poly. Like I said I have talked to Arioch and he says that his wife HATES the denim. Poly is more for people with even strength...and denim is more for people with strong lockouts. That is why I think in the end a single denim will be the best. But we need to get them and let her test them out....especially with the denim...practice and finding the groove are important.
For Spatts we are going to try either a High Performance or a Heavy Duty Blast shirt (double)...against a single ply denim.
Did you say you cut the back out of your out of your poly. I talked to Arioch and he said that it would destroy the integrity of the shirt. Did you cut the back...or all the way up the neck. I am of course going to get open backs with velcro for her. Make the shirt as comfortable as humanly possible.
I am far from an expert on shirts. I am about to order another double ply rad cut...and see what I can get out of it.
Squat suits are so much easier
