blue bands on ME day

I'm confused. I thought a shirt was supposed to help your lockout, not get it off your chest. Or does it help get it off your chest SO that you can lock it out? Ugh...can't I just lift without it?

The shirt helps off the chest and allows you to take advantage of your lockout. So where you are weaker at the bottom (like the floor press)...the shirt helps. And then you lock out the weight. That is why I have been tryin to get you in a shirt and let you practice with one.

IM....I am definitely not ruling out a double poly. Like I said I have talked to Arioch and he says that his wife HATES the denim. Poly is more for people with even strength...and denim is more for people with strong lockouts. That is why I think in the end a single denim will be the best. But we need to get them and let her test them out....especially with the denim...practice and finding the groove are important.

For Spatts we are going to try either a High Performance or a Heavy Duty Blast shirt (double)...against a single ply denim.

Did you say you cut the back out of your out of your poly. I talked to Arioch and he said that it would destroy the integrity of the shirt. Did you cut the back...or all the way up the neck. I am of course going to get open backs with velcro for her. Make the shirt as comfortable as humanly possible.

I am far from an expert on shirts. I am about to order another double ply rad cut...and see what I can get out of it.

Squat suits are so much easier :lmao:

I had to cut the back , there was no way that i could have gotten that thing on!!! lol I have a Hvy duty blast double poly..... it has the velco back half way up.... I cut it the rest of the way.... it works just as the demins do when you cut them..... it takes 3 guys to get me in to the shirt..... lol :lmao: it didn't do anything but help me...... Musclehed275 and I trained with Ryan Kennelly while he was in Florida and he told Musclehed that, that would be the best thing to do with the shirt since it was to tight across the back..... It works awesome you can see it in the picture of my 275 bench.

I don't know anyone who has the body type to do all 3 well.

Kaz.

Carrie Boudreau is the first woman that comes to mind who is strong on all three, and she has done quite a few drug free meets. Totaled about 1100 at 132.

Denim is better period, regardless of who you are, or what your weakness is...look at all the big numbers thrown up,in denim, women or men! If someone isnt using denim correct, they wont get crap out of it, you have to pinch elbows hard to lats, let the bar sink, not pull it down, hit the right spot...measurments do not have to be precise, i sent my measurements in a few inches smaller to insure a tight fit! Cutting the back will not make the shirt lose anything, those guys that do that for a purpose, it gives you more blast off the chest! definetly give the denim a try...when i made my comeback, i didnt know any better, had a double polt, radical cut, everyone came up to me and told me i brought a knife to a gun fight! They were correct!! GO WITH DENIM!!!
