Lately I have become increasingly bloated in the mid section. It's not gained fat either. It's actually hard. My diest hasn't really changed too much other than I am trying to eat more as I am on cycle. Changed protein as well as my shop was out of my regular stuff.

I do eat dairy and breads/wheat as well.

Any thoughts?
 
It could be the different protein. Sometimes your body will have to adjust to something new if it's been used to something else. Then again, some people never get used to certain protein supplements. You might notice a difference when you get your old protein back.
