I'm in the gym 4-5 days a week, 45 min/hour Max. The rest of the week I'm eating and sleeping. (And working, cuz all this don't pay for itself, you know?)
training 2x a day 7days a week is over training on or gear.... you grow when resting and recovering. not taining 7 days a week. plus i think you expect too much....
Agree, I have ran over a gram of test to my disappointment i didn't gain anymore than what i ran on 750mgs of test, but as stated in this thread if you can't grow on 500mg of test then you have other issues.I train 4 days a week 45min to one hr no more, the bodys demand for nutrients is at its highest after training so grab a protein shake afterwards.Remember you grow when you rest.
