Bi's and tri's together?

What's up guys? Do you like to workout bi's and tri's on the same day? Or do the traditional back and bi's and chest and tri's? Personally I love the feeling of working out both the same day and feeling a huge pump in the entire arm.
 
I have been doing both for a while now. Tryin to bring my arms up

I usually do chest and tris, than back and bi's. Than Bi's and Tri's together on a seperate day, ususally like friday if chest and back fall on monday, tuesday
 
Mon- back
Tue- chest
Wed- bi/tri
Thu- shoulders
Fri- legs/abs

Some days when I feel a lot of power I'll throw in bi's just to burn energy

So you workout bi's on monday,tri's on tuesday then both on a Friday?


yep. Not every week as I feel this may be too much volume.

But anytime I work a muscle more than once per week, its never the same volume.

For instance, after my chest workout, I will pick 2 exercises for tri's and do 3 sets each only going to ABSOLUTE failure on my final set of each exercise.

Than when I do arms together on friday, I will usually up the volume to 3 exercises for bi's and tri's each and maybe 4 sets per exercise. Still only going to failure on my final set of each exercise.

And most of the time when I have my "arm day" wokout, I like to superset bi's and tri's back to back. I love having my whole arm pumped
