Hey guys, for those of you who train Westside or something alike...3 weeks ago I maxed out before starting my Westside routine, my bench was 305lbs, I'm 184lbs. Well, last week on my first ME bench day, I did floor press for a max of 275, I tried 285 but couldn't do it. Well, today, my second ME bench day, I floor pressed 300lbs, and I'm psyched, I don't know if this is normal for being new to Westside training, but I'm all for it!!! Has anyone else seen these type of gains, I mean, is this normal? Thanks you guys for all the imput!
