i'm trying to figure out if i have a good balance between the size of my biceps, triceps, and lateral deltoids. i think my deltoids are too weak. i know this isn't a great way to figure it out, but would some of you please post how much weight you do for the following exercises (assuming reps and sets are equal)? i will put my numbers too..
bicep curls (specify 1 handed or 2 handed), 2 55 LB. DUMBELLS
tricep extensions, 145 LB 2 HANDED LEVER MACHINE
dumbell lateral raises, 2 30 LB. DUMBELLS
