Bicep question

Fuckin right man, ive been doing about 7 reps per set then burn out with light weight at the end, pyrmids. how long did it take you to go from 16 to 18?

They say you gain about one inch per 10lbs... But I'd say around 4 months

drag curls will do it!
stand upright, and follow the contoure of your body (close to one inch) keeping the elbows straight.
 
Yesterday I did low cable seated camber bar curls, DB hammer curls, narrow grip BB preacher curls, and high cable crucifix curls...they are very sore today!

I normally start off with wide 3x grip, 3xmed, 3x closed pull ups, 4x rows, 4x dead lifts, 4x standing dumbbell curls, 4x hammer curls, 4x closed grip bar bell curls, 3x reverse curls, and then a bit of forearms. That's my back and bicep day but haven't gotten the peak I'm looking for yet.
