Better to do resistance to cut?

I heard its better to focus around the resistance training if I wanted to get a sleaker look...

Is this true or shuld I stick to my regular weight training which is mis of resistance and wieghts?

Yeah baby! I have one and it rules. I now have a 48-pack. My stomach looks like it's covered in bubble wrap!
 
Yeah, it mostly has to do with what you eat. Eat clean, no saturated fats, supposedly no carbs after 4 PM, or 6 PM or whatever they decide to make up but I don't know how true that is, eat at least your bodyweight in protein to preserve muscle mass, and eat at least 500 under maintenance calories everyday. Throw in a bit of cardio, and you're set!
