well, i currently have both the liquid and the caps. I made the mistake of taking 5mls at work when I received it. I sat at my desk sweating provusly, looking around at everyone checking to see if they are noticing me. lol
Anyways, I would agree with everyone the liquid works the best for the short term, but for some reason my stomach just cannot handle the foul taste of it. It pumps you up, but everytime i burp i get that taste and i feel like im gonna hurl. I am currently taking the caps in the morning, and the liquid pre-work out with a heavy dosage of juice to chase it. Also I am cycling 1-test right now too, so I chase the liquid clen with 1-test, since 1-test tastes pretty good (like cinnamin) so that helps.
You can feel the caps working after a bit, but I'm starting to suspect for quicker results, the liquid stuff is the best, because when you start doing the caps, they start to feel like every other eph based product that I've tried, and I want the extreme. Well, liquid clen is extreme thats for sure.
