Im looking for some different carbs and fats to take in that are good.. Protein isnt a problem i eat a lot of chicken breast,steak, and shakes.. For carbs i eat brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread and pasta. For fats i usually stick to peanut butter. Im looking to put weight on so thats not a problem. If you guys have some advice on different foods you eat for carbs and fats let me know. Thanks
