...other than 5x5. Finished not too long ago, and my body didn't respond as well as I'd like. I'm currently running the following:
Sun: OFF
Mon: Chest/Biceps
Tues: OFF
Wed: Leg/Shoulders
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Back/Biceps
Sat: OFF
I like this routine. It's simple, and the way its set up, I can do Mondays workout Tuesday or Wednesdays workout Thursday (if I have to miss a day).
One big problem with the setup. I'm doing shoulders two days after a touch chest workout (which both use triceps). Is this at all a problem?
I thought about switching Friday and Wednesday, but didn't want to do back two days after biceps. But maybe that's better?
Any ideas?
