Just bought SmartBalance Lactose Free Milk with Omega 3's and Vitamin E and I have to admit that it is the best lactose free milk and appears to be nutritionally on par if not superior to regular old milk. Going to wait to see how my stomach reacts, but I think we have a winner.

I did some research and it looks like it just came on the market and is only available in the northeast.

Have you ever heard of lactose pills? Im the worse when it comes to milk products but as long as I pop 2 lactose pills right before I can have any dairy stuff in any amount without any issues
Go to a pharmacy and buy like 100 pills I think for 12 bucks and enjoy your life dude

b/c it is so enjoyable to have to pop pills every time you want to eat something with dairy in it.

btw - my lactose issues are gone. i can eat anything dairy now with zero problems. i'm going to assume it was the probiotic and enzyme regimine i was on for an extended period

Chewing 2 pills like it's mints seconds before I eat something with milk it's the least of my concerns bro...It doesnt bother me one bit. I have those things everywhere in every pocket..lol
