I use AUSSIE BODIES creatine monohydrate which is super pure and resonably priced.
I also did a bit of research into the best ways to get the most out of it and was surprised that most people waste their creatine purely by the way they take it.
I found that it required a transport medium for absorption and one of the 'best' and readily available was GLUCODIN - powdered glucose which you can by from your supermarket.
I was advise that a 3:1 (glucodin:creatine) ratio should be used and that it should be taken at least 45 minute before your workout (and on off days). I found that by doing this I was psychologically pumped by the time I started my workout.
It was a strange feeling - almost like being on an but without smacky effect.
