Hey ya'll.
Ok I have been reading posts here for a long time and I am determined to get into shape. I eat very clean, not junk food, fast food NEVER, and a "eat whatever i want" on Sundays.
I do bike riding 5 days a week outside (real bike) for about 45 minutes. I really hate that I have an office job so I am not really active from 9-5 its frustrating. I do weights on Mon. Wed. and Fridays.
I have not gotten bf% tested. I can tell you that I am 5'7 and I weighed 147 when I woke up this morning. UGH!!!! I would rather be 135. So Where on earth do I start.
