Basketball Players

I began training with different exercises to challenge myself.

These are the exercises;

Cleans, Box squats, Overhead squats, Deadlifts (regular & sumo), Inline Press, and Push Press

These three exercises have incredibly aided in improving my total basketball game. My vert is definitely up, along with my strength, first step, and lateral quickness.

These are great exercises for any basketball player. I would also be willing to help anyone looking to go down the hoops road.

If you are a player and need something, anything, PM me :)

Nice man. My vertical has gone up significantly since I've done deads, squats, etc. I don't train for it, but I know it's gone up a lot. I'm 5'9, and I can graze the rim. I dunno if that particular rim was standard height, but I touched it. :)

10 feet is where a regulation rim is. :) Great job man. I can agree with you and say that your training regimen has aided you in that respect. There is no question about it. i have seen your training and it is solid. Keep going brother.

Stretching your toes, feet, ankles, hamstrings, calves, quads, glutes, hips, and lower back will all help as well :)
