Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below for five weeks about 1 to 2 days after injection weather in quad are glute ,i would be so sore it was makeing it to painful to work out i tried to be a sterial as possible when i transfered test from satchet to vile,any way i finnally decided to put some heat on it i brought water in small pan to boil then turned down to just under boil,stuck pin in top of vile to vent,an put in water and swirled every few minutes,for about 40 minutes,i dont think the oil ever went over 200 degrees probably not even that high. any way did shot in glut 2 days ago and no pain at all even 2 days later this is great,i just hope i did not kill any active ingrediant in the test,any body no how much heat is to much .
