Goal: focus on squeeze and isolation
Elliptical 10 min wu
Chin ups and wide pull ups alternating w/ 120 pounds assisted
6 sets of 10 reps
One arm db row:
35 x 15
35 x 15
45 x 15
45 x 15
45 x 15
45 x 15
Woof.
Wide grip seated cable row:
80 x 15
80 x 15
100 x 15
100 x 15
120 x 15
120 x 12
140 x 12
At this point I was a little dizzy and nauseous plus my grip was going so I called it good.
I wanted to do pendlay or bb rows but think I would of gassed out too quick. Save it for next time when I can work out in the evening
