Hey Guys
I am starting to develop a bit of flabbyness around the inner knee area. People have told me that its bad circulation and Ive tried not sit crossed legged and put my legs up as much I can. I have always seen a bit of orange peel in my knees but it just seems more visible now
I am currently doing Leg Extensions to try and improve the area above the knee and hope that it will help reduce the trapped fat from my inner knees.
Does anyone know any secrets/ tips on how I can prevent this from getting worse or possibly getting rid of it for good?
