So I did back today and I felt it went pretty good,
Pull-ups wide grip 3sets (14, 13, 11) reps on respective sets
Chin ups 2 sets 12reps each with a little help on the last few
Cable rows 4 sets at 150lbs for 18 reps on each set
bent over rows 3 sets 165 for 15 on each set
lat pulldowns close grip 2 sets 12 reps at 180lbs
bicep curl alternating 50lbs 3 sets 10,8,and 7 reps on each arm respectively. then wide grip ez curls standing with 40lbs on each side, 8-10 reps. I was spent when I got done, only took me 40 minutes...
