Back problem in certain areas.

I dont know why my back is like this, but it seems my trap and middle area is a lot thicker and sticks out farther than the outer parts of my back (lats). Looks like my traps and middle back dominate everything else. What could i do to correct this?Weird this is, I have never touched my traps in my life.

Reverse flyes to build postrerior Delts, most of the time this bulge in the middle back is due to the misproportions of the rear delts. Basically you look like you have a little hump right in the middle of you back, meaning either your rhomboids are huge and your lats are small, or your delts are lagging. Tell me what you got, sounds like one of my old roomates fix it in about 3 months...

Posture is fine, and no humpback what so ever. Just big traps that are developed all the way down. Lats r pretty wide for my age, just no thickness to them. Rear delts arent bad.

Row, row, row the weight...close grip, elbows in (T-bar or chest supported row, BB row).

Pull ups

Pull downs close reverse grip, alternating with wide grip (keeping chest out and shoulders back to limit trap involvement).

Change to PL bench form (had to throw that in since it grows some lats ;) ).

i've heard about this happening to people who did excessive amounts of pulldowns with bad form
