Back in the game( 250mg test only results)

...AND AGAIN, I'LL BE DAMNED, SOMEONE ACTUALLY GAINED DESCENT RESULTS OFF OF 250MGS TEST/WK CYCLE. CAN'T BE TRUE, CAN IT :confused:
LETS SEE IF HE CONTINUES POSTING OR IF ITS JUST A ALTER TRYING TO BACK UP THERE 250 TEST WK DOSES....
for someone that doesnt work out for 5 years seems pretty strong....
why bench though 275 but only incline 80? maybe im worng but wouldnt a bench of around 235-245 be more inline with 80lb incline?

lol at quote... just seems like something some people would do to back up there beliefs..
 
My body fat is probably around 18+. Not real sure. I have a fairly big waist. I wear a 36 in jeans but have to get baggy cut because my quads are pretty big. But I definately have too much stomach but dont look like a fat ass. My arms, chest, shoulders, back and traps are pretty big though. I eat like a horse though and cant stand to diet at all. The water has seemed to help though. I will probably stay at 250 per week and just train hard and try and stay at the same bodyweight just lean it up alittle.

I am very pleased with the quality of this bottle of cyp. My friend said its UG labs but the label doesnt have a brand name. My buddy promised it was good, so I gave it a try. It seems to be the strongest T I have tried. Zero soreness after injections. I have to learn these brands all over again. Back when I lifted before all I used was Brovel, Organon, etc and the older main brands before all the fakes started showing up.

Look, no need to bash or question me. I have no reason to lie. I could incline bench 225 for a few reps before cycle. What I said was that I was doing 80lb dumbells on incline and now I am doing 120's-130's (dumbells) on incline. I wouldnt even post here if all I could incline bench was 80lbs, lol. I also opt for heavy dumbells on incline because the incline bench hurts my shoulders. I have very bad shoulders and elbows from 13 years of the type of work I do.

Also when I say I didnt workout for 5 years I mean actually having a schedule I stay on. I kept my gym membership and would go in once a month and hit chest and tri's. Sometimes I would go and realize I havent been in months. All my buddys still go to that gym and they would talk me into coming. I could always go in and bench 275. Like I said, The work I do its east to maintain strength, but going in a struggling with 275 was very discouraging since I use to be one of the bigger guys in the gym. I joined a new gym closer to me and now go alone and it has really help me get my drive back.

PWR, don't worry about it.

HAYEZ is just left shocked knowing you gained off 250mgs of test a week. It's not something so easy for him to fully understand ;)
 
no way 250 mgs..... hell you got to up that. Kidding Kidding... don't up it. Another wonderful test thread brought to you by........ test, it does the body good.
