Did you find var there? How did you bring it back? Planning on going there soon from Italy. Thanks!

Brought it back in my suitcase, bro! I do not think Italy is any stricter than Spain at customs, so you shouldn't have any problem... No Var, though, I think. I was focused on the Primo and the Sust, but in this thread Satch has given you many clues about other "friends" you may find there...

600mg is about right for solid gains.
but even 600mg will shut you down.

for slow but steady gains and no shutdown, 200mg is a very effective dose.
my hypothesis that cruising that for 16-20 weeks should lead to very satisfying gains with little to no need for pct.

Interesting! So a cycle as long as 16-20 weeks will not shut me down if run at 200mg? Would this be with 200mg of Primo on its own or should I still add some Var and/or Sust?
