back from 2 months no working out

i broke my hand and its finally healed, and yeah. So today I went to the gym for the first time in two months and i was weak at everything.. I tried to test all my maxes but honestly I was just so lost I didn't know what to do..

squat 95lbs successfully i could do more but i just didn't feel like it
deadlifted 135
benched 115

could anyone recommend what I should do? should i get on a 5x5 or do that starting strenghth? or should i just do like monday = chest triceps shoulders, wednesday back biceps and friday legs?

I wanna get strong again, and I want my right arm to regain its size because its now shrank to smaller than my left. either that or my left arm just grew. i noticed i actually got a little bit bigger over the rest.
 
your strength will come back suprisingly quick due to muscle memory. What were your maxes like before the break? Also you can't go wrong with a 5X5

How did you break your hand, mine is currently broken and in a cast..
 
I wasn't too sure about my maxes before cause ifelt like I could do more weight..

I could bench 150 before was gonna move up
squatted 165 super easily
deadlifted 185 super easy

an I punched cement and yeah felt very stupid and paid for it..
 
Boxer's Fracture? I have the cast on for two more weeks, making it a total of 3. Did they have to reset the bone for you?
 
Yeah boxers fracture. I don't know what they did but I had to get surgery to put pins in and I had a splint for 5 weeks. And yeah 3 more weeks of not working out after that so I haven't done much.
 
Yeah man I guess I got off lucky by not getting cut open. Sorry for all the questions but I am curious about my recovery..

How bad has your grip become with that hand? Do you still have a full ROM?
 
It's just swollen but my grip is getting better. I have to take another week off cause I have the flu now. I just got better from another sickness..just my luck

This just happened to me today! but I will continue training legs,abs calves and anything else I can.
