Barbell row 135x12 warmup
185x10, 225x10, 275x8, 305x6, 315x5... I didn't go higher last night... just felt like stopping...
Deadlifts... mixed it up for reps tonight...
135x10 warmup, 225x10, 275x9, 315x7, 365x5, and 395x3 -- I just wanted to do some reps... I paused at the bottom of each rep, so I could get a clean lift... it was not a consant motion.
Face pulls 2 sets of 40 reps -- nice burn
Lat pulldowns 2 sets stack+45lb plate x 5

Standing bicep curls -- warmup 20lbs x 20
45x10, 55x6, 60x4
Cross body hammer curls
50x10, 60x6, 75x4
Standing concentration curls
40lbs x 10 for 2 sets
reverse curls 95x8 for 3 sets
