That means he beat EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED in competition in the Deadlift and another exercise?

So it wasn't for his lack of strength or his lack of preparedness, it is just that his body could not handle the intensity. If he was able to beat everyone in these 2 events, imagine the possibilities that he will have in the future. Don't give up, keep training, there will be a next time!

He got first in the yoke and tire flip medley which was the first event...and then he got second in the deadlift for reps (16 reps). Because he had scored so well on the first event...that put him in first even after getting second on the second event.

They ran the contest in 2 hours and 45 minutes which is unreal for 42 competitors and 5 events. Yes....the contest went fast...but with the weights and the types of events, they should have allowed more rest time in between events. Clint and I both thought that had he had more time to rest....this probably wouldn't have happened...but you never know.

He did awesome either way. :)

Like I told Clint last night, none of us care where he placed or if he even placed. He went out there and gave it his all. HE put his heart and soul into that contest. His determination to finish totally wows me. That man is truly one of a kind. It doesn't matter where he placed. He gave it his all, literally. No one can ask for anything more than the best. I know I speak for everyone of Elite when I say that we couldn't be any prouder of him than we are right now. He did a hell of a job.

Way to go Clint. the only thing that shlould matter is that you are that much closer to that pro card. this is just a stepping stone. as far as letting us down, psshaw! no matter what you have placed, you did awesome. Congratulations. now rest up and gear up for the next one. one down, many more to go. soon, I will see you on TNN sporting a met-rx shirt

:fro:

The scary part of all of this is that Btrue is what, 24? 25 years old? Just a pup in other words. He'll own that contest in time.

You've got balls as big as churchbells bro.....GREAT JOB!!!

I really do not know what all to say to everyone on here. I really do not.

Night Fly: Thank you so much for you post. You said what I would like to say...perfectly. Meant so much to me for you to be there (and to see you cheering for me in the pics).

naturally anabolic: Thank you my friend.

IR0N.: Thanks. I have always said that a Champion was someone who won even when they should not have. They go against all odds to come back and win...

rippedtrojan: Thank you...I hope to come back 110% and then some. It will just take me a little time to figure out what exactly went wrong...

bearrito: It is an honor to have met you also. YOU motivate me more than you think...500 dead is just around the corner for you...if you REALLY want it.

starfish: Thank you girl...means a lot.

saint808: Thanks man...appreciate it very much.

Aussie Juga naught: Thanks...remember that strength and size comes from within...always. Big is only just a thought...just like strength. It all comes from within. Somewhere there is a 120 pound kid who is destined to be huge and strong...because it is really inside of them. If you want that...YOU can have it too.

bignate73: Thank you for the kind words. From you...that means a lot.

CoolColJ: Thank you man...as always I'll be needing your help and ideas.

HumorMe: Thank you...for many many things.

CrimsonKing: Thank you for the words and the pics...

vixenbabe: Thank you G...

TheProject: Thanks man...wish I could have spent more time with you...

HappyScrappy: Thanks a lot man. Hopefully I will be back up your way in February again this year...

Thanks to you C! You are obviously a very rare gentleman. People of your caliber are hard to come by. I'm just glad to be considered a friend although we have never met but will sometime. Let me know when you need something and if I can, I will help.

Congrats on a great achievement. You obviously gave more than you had to give. No one can ask anymore of themselves. Win lose or draw, to be voted for an award by your fellow competitors and peers is the highest of honours.

More than a best friend...

Outstanding job, B-Fold!

I am honored and priviledged to know you (albeit via the internet) and to have been given the opportunity to help support your dream. I will gladly do it again. Great job!!
