Ok.......if newbie started reading this thread from the beginning it would take him a good 1-2 hours...lol Damn, this is the biggest thread I have ever seen in the Anabolic board.

I'm not going to go for total cuts this time, I'm going to try to come in at 8% but with more mass than normal. 190lbs, instead of my usual 178lbs 5%.

I'm curious as to how I'm going to look like with a bigger chest.
