my stix are showing moderate ketones, but from what i understand you do not want to see real large amounts show up on the stix because that means you are not drinking enough water. the scale hasnt moved much in the last week. i definetly lost some weight. i am going to attempt to cut cals this week and possibly bump up the cardio another 10 minutes a session. i do want weight loss but i dont want to look real skinny i would like to hold on to some of my muscle, yet i have a fat way to go as far as fat loss.
