you can but it is a slower process and the muscle mass is not a great a gain as if you were on ckd
ckd is similiar to atkins induction plus one or two carb up days
how are you gauging ketosis
ketostix are not that reliable
i used em
never went into deep ketosis but still lost lots of weight
and are you going by a mirror or a scale
do not trust a scale
trust how your clothes fit
and how you look in the mirror
and do not judge daily
do it once a week at the most
i work with a guy that has seen me daily and has thought i lost no weight
but i have my trainer and doctor and records to prove otherwise
if you are looking for weight loss go atkins
if you are looking to cut while gain muscles use ckd
if you just want to safe try south beach
