I have no idea what is going on anymore... I have been dieting and doing cardio in the mornings for about a week now, and been eating foods that people recomend... lot of chicken and tuna... today as meal 4 i had some home cooked roast beef, 1 asperageas (its a green veggie) 2 small roles and a small mount of apple suace. It just seems like I went back a week in eating this meal and I dont know why... Should I be doing more cardio? right now its about 30 mins before meal 1... should I maybe do something after school or something? Let me know what you guys think im willing to do whatever it takes to cut weight...
