Ate 1 meal and back to where I was last week...

I have no idea what is going on anymore... I have been dieting and doing cardio in the mornings for about a week now, and been eating foods that people recomend... lot of chicken and tuna... today as meal 4 i had some home cooked roast beef, 1 asperageas (its a green veggie) 2 small roles and a small mount of apple suace. It just seems like I went back a week in eating this meal and I dont know why... Should I be doing more cardio? right now its about 30 mins before meal 1... should I maybe do something after school or something? Let me know what you guys think im willing to do whatever it takes to cut weight...
 
Few hours later and its all fine now??? I coulda sworn I was fat not to long ago... I ate a can of cheap tuna... the chunky stuff. and i tightend up... Is my body going to be this flexable all the time? Also as far as tuna... my store has some cheap tuna and some expensive tune. the cheap tuna is a bigger can and cost a little over a dollar... its called chunky tuna and they keep it in oil. The expensive stuff is a smaller can and has 15g of protien, and much less sodium if any. I think the sodium is coming from the oil. I dont really care about taste but as far as losing weight is concerned does it make much of a difference if I just drain the oil out of the cheap stuff? If there is a noticable diff then I can get the more expensive stuff but I'd rather get away with the cheap stuff. Also the expensive stuff says its albacore or something I forget.

Your weight will flucuate (flux capacitor?) throughout the day. My weight has varied by as much as 8 pounds from the time I went to bed, to the time I wake up in the morning. No, you can't just eat a can of tuna and loose a bunch of weight.

Get the tuna in water, get your good fat from flax seed oil.
Make sure you know how many Cal's you burn per day, then you can workout how much protein,carb's and fat you need per day.
You have to make sure you stick to the totals so you lose fat and not muscle tissue.

Get on the scale in the morning only, because like HumanShell said your weight will change all day long. Don't keep getting on it all day. Make sure you drink alot of water all day long.

If you want to post your weight and age will be able to give you how much cal's,Pro,carb's and fat you should have per day. Give us a break down of your diet and workout and will try and help as much as we can.
 
The expensive stuff is Albacore which will be all white meat tuna in water. It is the best tuna as far as taste.
if you can get the chunk tuna in water it will be better for your over all goal than the chunk in oil. Tuna has enough oil in it to begin with.
 
Went to Cosco and bought 20 cans of tuna for 80c a piece and its the white albacore in water... Thanks for all the help as for my stats i am 16 and weight 168... hope you can hlp me out im doing 2 cardio workouts a day eating about 1000 calories in 5 small meals.

Bobby Manus man you have to get your calories up to about 1680 a day. It's not good to be that low your body will be taking muscle tissue and not fat.

Hope this helps you out:!!!!!

weight x 10 = 1680 cal's a day
Protein should be around 250g a day
Carb's should be around 126g a day
Fat should be around 37g to 40g a day

Your protein can come from Tuna and Protein Shakes.
You don't have to have this much carb's, if you don't need them it will help in weight lose.
Your good Fats should come from Flax seed oil.

But Bobby you have to get the Calories up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
