At what age did you join the 300lb bench club?

500 pound squat at 16.
500 pound DL at 17
300 bench at 17

Currently on my 6 rep end of the pyramid

Current reps Pyramid 15 - 15 - 8 - 8 - 6 and sometimes a 4 rep set if I feel like I need to jack off again.

Squat Max workout 565 for 6
Dead Lift workout 515 for 6
Bench 465 - 535 for 6 (depends on my mood)
 
17. I took my bench from 185 to 300 in a year and a half. Isn't it great when you first start lifting and you go up 5-10 pounds every month?
 
i hit 300 when i was 17. when i was 14 though, i was in the "4XYOBW" club at my junior high. the sum of my squat, flat bench, and incline bench was four times my bodyweight. there were only about 12 or so of us. the football coaches printed us t-shirts and everything.

i thought i was the motherfucking man!
 
I feel so honored to be a part of this board, everyone here has amazing bench press stories. but the real question is the legitimacy of these stories. :rolleyes:

300 at seventeen isn't a world record buddy. If a lot of people on here were saying they threw up 300 when they were 14 or 15, I'd be skeptical. But most of the claims on here sound legit for the most part.
 
Did 315 for 2 reps(sloppy) at 19

Did that strict for reps years later
365 tops srtict is my all time limit(no juice) when I juiced in 97 I did not max out so I dont know(winny was hurting my joints)

Bent Bb rows have done 315 for 5 reps
Db rows with a 200lbs dumbell for 3 or 4 reps(dont remember except for being sore for a week

One thing I always found funny is my one rep maxes on anything and what I could do for 10-20 reps was more better. Talking strict reps here none of this sloppy shit and without a belt.

Example is if I do deadlifts or benches for a couple weeks I can do 225 on bench for 20 reps(and I hardly do bench or chest so fuck off lol) and deadlift 315 for 20 reps(which you better have a bucket lying around).
